The picture above shows "Duke" berries ready for picking  We will open the fields for U-Pick on Friday June 20th.  We will start picking our early variety "Duke" - It is very large, medium blue with a mild flavor.  Picking the first week can start slow!!!!  The last week in June and first week in July should provide more fruit and multiple varieties.   We should start picking "Bluecrop" very late June to early July.  It is large to medium size, darker blue and sweet!!!  At that time we will also be picking Berkley-medium to large, mid blue, sweet and skin that has a snap to it.  My favorite, Blueray should start the second week in July has a more wild blueberry flavor and sweet>it has a kind of twang to it!!!!! Late season berries Eliott and Darrow are large, dark blue and slightly tart.   Please Remember, Emery's is a working farm.  One adult for every two children is required in the fields at all time.  Picking is from (9 am to 4 pm) weather and condition of the fields permitting.  You should call the morning before picking (609) 758-8514.  The price per pound is up a quarter this year to $2.50.

This  is our second year in the new Farm Market and we are very excited for another "berry good" year.
Our 60 acre farm is heavily dedicated to growing Certified Organic Blueberries for sale at our Farm Market and U-pick in the fields.  Emery's is proud to consistently grow and sell directly to you for well over 50years (Yes, that's half of a hundred or a really long time).  Our Famous Pies are baked daily and served hot 7 days a week.  You can also find a bounty of Jams, Jellies, Preserves, Spreads and just about anything else you can put in a mason jar on the shelves.  Specialty baskets are made to order and don't dare forget about our Blueberry muffins.  Hayrides for blueberry and pumpkin picking runs throughout the growing season (Mostly on weekend and busy holidays).  Our barn yard animals are eagerly waiting your visit!  We are located less than ten minutes from Great Adventure and we promise, "It's worth the trip
".
